Refund & Return Policy

Each of our pieces is thoughtfully made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of our bridal accessories — including veils, scarves, sleeves, etc. — all items are considered hygiene-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We kindly encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new with tag, unused condition — free of perfume, makeup, or damage — and include all original packaging. Once received, we will promptly send the correct item (rush production times will be advised), or issue a refund if preferred. Return shipping in this case will be covered by us.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your order and secure your production slot. As each piece is made to order and production preparations begin shortly after confirmation, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes cancellations, change of mind, event postponements, or changes to order details once production has commenced.

By placing your order and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
